循环流化床锅炉安装的技术探讨

作为一种新型的高效、低污染的燃煤锅炉 ,近两年循环流化床锅炉在国内热电行业得到广泛推广和使用。在实际应用中 ,其安装技术对锅炉的使用效能有着较大的影响。为了解决循环流化床锅炉在实际运行中易出现的异常情况 ,结合 75t/h循环流化床锅炉现场安装经验 ,讨论了影响返料器、流化床、护板等重要部位的安装技巧 ;深入研究了炉墙砌筑涉及的若干问题 ,为同类型锅炉的安装提供了经验。

As a new-type high-efficient and low pollution coal-burning boiler, circulation fluidized bed boiler is popularized and used extensively in the thermoelectric trade at home in recent two years. In the practical application, its installation technique has great influence on effective utilization of the boiler. In order to solve the unusual situations often occurring in the actual operation of fluidized bed boiler, based on 75t/h circulation fluidized bed boiler on-the-spot installation experience, this paper discusses installation skills of influencing glassware, fluidized bed, protect board , etc.It also further investigates several questions about stove wall building involved, offers valuable experience for installation of the boiler of the same type.
