摘要
运用战略管理理论与技术 ,分析了加入WTO后我国铁路货运企业外部环境和市场结构的变化 ,认为加入WTO后铁路货运企业的外部环境将得到改善 ,而面临的市场竞争将加剧。因此铁路货运企业应从深化体制改革、构筑核心竞争力、提高人力资源管理与财务管理水平等方面采取相应的对策 ,以适应这种变化的形势。
Using theory and technology of strategy management, this paper discusses the changes of external environment and market structure in railway freight transport business after entering WTO in China, believing that the external environment condition will be improved, meanwhile, the competition will become intense after entering WTO. So railway freight transport enterprises should deepen the structure reform, build up core competence, and improve the level of HRM and financial management to adapt to the changed situation.
