摘要
目的探讨在CT扫描数据基础上制作的三维模型在颅颌面外科的应用及前景。方法46例严重颅颌面畸形患者,包括先天性颅颌面畸形11例,颅颌面创伤或创伤后重建23例,颅颌面肿瘤7例,颅颌面美容5例。采用美国Imatron公司的电子束CT(electron beam CT,EBCT)C-150,进行薄层CT容积扫描。将CT图像经数字接口传至加拿大ISG公司生产的Allegro工作站生成(Computer-Aided Design,CAD)实体模型文件,将其转换成STL文件格式,然后输入到AFS激光快速成型机,采用光敏树脂直接生成三维模型实体。结果根据CT扫描数据制作的三维模型能立体的、详尽和精确的显示机体组织三维解剖结构及其相互关系。其再现畸形或病体模型的程度可以达到近乎解剖学的精度,为准确了解和掌握病情并制定合理的手术治疗计划提供了极为重要的依据,提高了手术冶疗水平。结论在CT扫描数据基础上制作的三维模型是现代颅颌面外科重要的诊断和模拟手术方法之一,具有重要的临床应用价值。
To study the indications of three-dimensional models via Rapid Prototyping(RP) technique for Cranio-maxillo-facial Surgery.Methods Since 1998,46 patients suffering from various cranio-maxillo-facial deformities were scanned with electron beam CT machine made in the US,using thin slice scanning mode.The three-dimensional models of the medical resin were obtained by RP technique.Results Cranio-maxillo-facial three-dimensional models can display the facial bone structure and their relationships,which is very useful for clinical assessment and surgical planning.Conclusion The three-dimensional model via RP technique is one of the most important diagnostic methods for facial structural deformities and it also can simulate modern cranio-maxillo-facial Surgery,which have its strength in areas such as:①Congenital cranio-maxillo-facial deformity;②Cranio-maxillo-facial trauma or posttraumatic reconstructive Surgery;③Cranio-maxillo-facial tumors surgery.④ Cranio-maxillo-facial esthetic surgery.
