几何分割法治疗头皮大面积圆形缺损

摘要 目的探讨治疗头皮大面积圆形缺损的手术方法。方法采用几何分割法将圆形缺损分为几个类矩形缺损,应用扩张皮瓣转移修复头皮圆形大面积缺损。结果7例头皮大面积圆形缺损患者,术后均取得满意疗效,局部外形及毛发分布良好。结论采取几何分割法应用扩张皮瓣修复大面积圆形缺损是1种较为理想的手术方法。 To introduce a new method for treating large-round scalp defect.Method The defect was divided into several rectangles with geometry design and covered with expending scalp flap.Result From 2001/1 to 2003/6,7 cases with large-round defect were treated.All the flap survived perfectly and received good result.The shape of the head and hair distributing were normal.Conclusion Treating large-round scalp defect with geometry design is an ideal method.
