摘要
目的应用神经导管桥接缝合法,提高周围神经损伤修复疗效。方法应用可降解几丁糖-生物膜导管,使用套入桥接缝合法,代替以往的端端缝合法修复神经损伤,术后随访了解神经功能恢复情况。结果12例,其中8例感觉神经损伤,2例运动神经受损,2例长段神经移植。随访为6~20个月,8例感觉恢复S3或S3+,1例运动恢复M3,1例M4。2例电击伤患者感觉功能恢复为S2。结论应用神经导管套入缝合法能有效修复周围神经损伤。
Objective To report the application of a bioabsorbable conduit to repair the peripheral nerve defect.Methods 12 patients with peripheral nerves injuries(2 cases of motor nerve,10 cases of sensory nerve) received repairment surgery with the chitosan-biomembrane conduit and insertion suture instead of standard end-to-end suture.The nerve function recovery was investaged in the follow-up visit.Results The follow-up period ranged from 6 to 20 months.8 cases of sensory nerves injuries achieved S3 or S3+(British system) nerve function.2 cases of motive nerves injuries resulted in M4 and M3(British system) nerve function and 2 cases of electrical injuries had some degree of protecting sensitive recovery(S2,British system).Conclusion This investigation demonstrates that the application of conduit made of this new material can successfully repair the peripheral nerve injury.
