摘要
目的探讨在先天性小耳畸形修复中重建耳甲腔的一种有效方法。方法将残耳软骨重新塑形后,使其与再造的外耳廓肋软骨分层对接,形成耳甲腔。结果自2000年至今,临床应用12例,取得了满意的效果。结论利用残耳皮肤及软骨行耳甲腔重建设计简单,取材方便,术后耳廓三维结构突出,效果理想。
Objective To investigate the effective method to reconstruct conchae in patients with microtia.Methods The remnant cartilage was reshaped and aligned to the cartilage framework of the reconstructed ear to form chonchae.Results Since 2000,12 cases were treated with satisfactory result.Conclusion Reconstruction of conchae with remnant skin and cartilage is simple and needs no extra donor site. The reconstructed ear has a good three-dimentional appearance.
