摘要
目的介绍磨削术矫正下颌角良性肥大的手术方法。方法在下颌升支前外侧,沿升支外斜线作切口,于骨膜下分离,暴露术区后,依术前设计用磨削锉将下颌角肥大畸形的骨性部分除去,并将其修磨成近似正常的下颌角。结果本组共16例,其中10例术后随访3～12个月,双侧下颌角外突畸形及方型脸均有明显改善,下颌侧面观已基本恢复正常。结论本手术方法去除异常骨质及下颌角的塑形较易掌握,操作简便、安全,效果良好,是一种比较理想的术式。
Objective To investigate a new technique for the correction of the mandibular angle hypertrophy.Methods A horizontal incision is made intraorally.The periosteum is elevated from the lateral and medial aspect of the ramus and continued to the mandibular angle.The exposed hypertrophic part of the mandible is removed by rasps and burrs.Results Sixteen patients were treated by this new technique,and followed up for 3-12months.The deformity of mandibular hypertrophy and extrusion was improved obviously.Conclusion Using this new technique,the operation is easy to performed,and the shape of the mandibular angle is controlled ideally.
