摘要
目的观察重组人表皮细胞生长因子与碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合应用对慢性难愈性创面修复的效果。方法自2002年以来应用重组人表皮细胞生长因子联合碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对清创后的慢性难愈性创面局部喷涂,无菌纱布包扎。治疗后7、14、21、28天分别计算创面愈合数。结果14天内创面愈合14个,14～21天愈合4个,22～28天愈合3个;总有效率100%。结论重组人表皮细胞生长因子联合碱性成纤维细胞生长因子能明显促进慢性难愈性创面愈合。
Objective To investigate the effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF) combined with basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) on the healing of chronic and refractory wound.Methods rhEGF and bFGF were sprinkled locally on 23 chronic and refractory wounds in 18 patient.The wound healing process was observed on day 7,14,21,28 after treatment.Results 14 wounds healed within 14 d,and 4 wounds healed within 14～21 d.All wounds healed within 28 d.Conclusion rhEGF combined with bFGF can obviously promote the healing of chronic and refractory wound.
