摘要
采用冠状动脉(冠脉)结扎技术造成犬急性心肌缺血模型,经1次性灌胃给药,研究中药复方制剂降粘抗栓片Ⅰ号对犬心功能的不同时间的药理作用。结果表明,该中药制剂能有效地预防冠脉结扎后的冠脉流量下降,能减少冠脉结扎后主脉动流量降低的程度,有维持冠脉结扎后心率作用,前两者分别与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);且对左心室收缩内压峰值、左室内压最大上升和下降速率有不同程度的作用。提示该中药复方制剂有维持心功能及预防冠脉结扎后冠脉和主动脉流量下降的药理作用,可用于缺血性心脏病的预防和治疗。
In order to observe the pharmacological actions of Jiangnian Kangshuan Tablet No.1(JNKST)on the cardiac function of dogs at different points experimented on,an acute myocardial ischemia model of dngs was established by using coronary artery ligation and the JNKST was given by gastrogavage.The results showed that JNKST could be used to prevent coronary flow from decreasing,to keep aortic flow and to maintain heart rate,after the coronary arteries were ligated,and significant difference could be found when compared with the control group(P<0.05).It also shotted that the JNKST could affect the peak value of systolic internal pressure of the left ventricle,and the maximal ascending and descending rates of intemal pressure of the left ventricle.The results indicated that the JNKST could be used to prevent and cure ischemic heart disease.
