摘要
观察中药复方抗衰延寿方的延缓衰老作用机理。实验选用 Wistar 系大鼠为受试对象。将其分为老年鼠对照组和药物组(85周龄)、青年鼠对照组(12周龄),以肝细胞核 DNA 单链断裂数和全血细胞非程序 DNA 合成(UDS)为观察指标。结果显示:老年鼠肝细胞核 DNA 单链断裂点多于青年鼠,而 DNA 修复功能低于青年鼠,服用抗衰延寿方的老年鼠药物组能使 DNA 单链断裂点减少(但与老年对照组比较,P>0.05)和增强 DNA 的修复功能(与老年对照组比较,80s 紫外线诱导下的 UDS,P<0.05),说明抗衰延寿方能改善衰老所引起的生化改变。
This study reported the mechanism of Kangshuai Yanshou Compound(KSYSC)on delaying the senescence.The young(12 weeks)and old(85 weeks)rats which were divided into three groups,were used to measure the DNA single chain break of liver nuclei and unscheduled DNA synthesis(UDS)of blood cells.The results showed:The DNA single chain break of old rat’s liver nuclei was higher than that of young rats;the UDS of old rat’s blood cells was lower than that of young rat.After feeding with the KSYSC,the old rat’s DNA single chain break decreased(compared with the old control group,P<0.05)and their UDS increased(under induced by UV in 80 second,compared with the old control group,there was a significant differences,P<0. 05).It was proved that KSYSC could improve the biochemical changes in the aging process.
