肾炎3号方对小鼠IgA肾病的动态影响

Dynamic Effect of Shenyan No.3 Recipe(肾炎3号方) on Immunoglubulin A Nephritis in Mice

在成功研制牛血清白蛋白和葡萄球茵肠毒素 B 诱发小鼠 IgA 肾病模型的基础上,动态观察到中药肾炎3号方对小鼠 IgA 肾病的影响如下:明显减轻镜下血尿促进红细胞免疫功能;改善血清免疫状态;延缓并减轻肾组织 IgA 免疫病理沉积,减轻光镜下病理改变。治疗组与模型组比较,P<0.05。说明中药肾炎3号方是治疗 IgA 肾病的有效方剂,值得进一步研究。

Ninety female BALB/c mice were randomly divided into three groups,the control group,immunoglubulin A nephritis(I- gAN)model group and Shenyang No.3 recipe(SS3R)treated group.The IgAN model was induced by bovine serum albumin and staphylococcus enterotoxin B.The effects of SS3R on IgAN in mice were observed.The results showed that SS3R could alle- viate microscopic hematuria,improve red cell immnune adherence(RCIA),whereas decrease serum IgA and CIC,it could also delay the pathological progress.There were significant differences between group of IgAN and SS3R(all P&lt;0.05).These re- sults indicated that SS3R was effectiveness on treating IgAN in mice and worth to be further studied.
