中药消包汤提取物治疗小鼠囊型包虫病的实验研究

Experimental Study on Extract of Xiaobao Decoction (消包汤) in Treating Marine Cystic Echinococcosis

用中药消包汤提取物治疗小鼠囊型包虫病,结果表明:细粒棘球蚴抑制率为68.7％与70.7％,组织学切片光镜下观察显示生发膜细胞增生受抑制和角质层空泡变性百分率高,与对照鼠有显著性差异(P<0.01);超微结构所见主要显示广泛的细胞内损伤,表现微毛稀散分布,变短变粗,细胞大块脱落,代之以颗粒或脂球,细胞核呈染色质核周边聚,原头节胚胎显颗粒或空泡变性。体外试验提示中药提取物有杀原头节效用,其着色率增加,小鼠腹腔接种感染率降低,与对照鼠有显著性差异(P<0.01)。

According to the therapeutic results of murine cystic echinococcosis treated with extracts from Xiaobao decoction,the inhi- bition rate of echinococcosis was about 70%.Under light microscopical observations,the histolngical-sections showed cellular hyperplastic inhibition of getminal membrane and higher vacuolated percentage of laminated layer,which had a significant differ- ence (P&lt;0.01) in comparison with control mice.The ultrastructural findings showed diffuse intracellular damage such as thickened and shortened microtriches,large bloc of cellular detachment with the substitution of granules and lipid globules,a heterochromosomal accumulation towards the periphery in nuclei,and the granular or vacuolar degenerations of embryonic proto- scolices.The tests in vitro found that the extracts from the Chinese herbs had a protoscolicidal effect which showed that the per- centage of the stained protoscolices increased and the infection rate of mice inoculated intraperitoneally decreased.There was ob- vious difference in comparison with mice of the control group (P&lt;0.01).
