摘要
肉苁蓉多糖200mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1),400mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)给小鼠灌服,对纯系 C_(57)/BL 小鼠 Lewis 肺癌,ICR 小鼠肉瘤 S_(180)和 BABI/C 荷 S_(180)肉瘤小鼠的 NKC 和 IL-2活性的实验证明:连续给肉苁蓉多糖10天,该药对 Lewis 肺癌和 S_(180)肉瘤有明显的抑瘤作用,抑瘤率分别为42％和46％,同时发现该药能明显增加自然杀伤细胞(NKC)和白细胞介素2(IL-2)的活性。
Cistanches deserticola polysaccharides （CDP） was given at the dose of 400 mg or 200 mg/kg·d （ig） for 10 days to the C<sub>57</sub>/BL mice in pure breed with Lewis lung cancer and ICR mice breed with tumor S<sub>180</sub> or the tumor S<sub>180</sub> bearing mice.Results showed that different dose of CDP could significandy inhibited Lewis lung cancer and solid tumor S<sub>180</sub> in mice,tumor inhibitory rate were 42% and 46% respectively.It was also found that CDP could increased the activity of NK cell and IL-2 in tumor bearing mice.
