丹参对小鼠皮肤血管内皮细胞株生物学活性的影响

摘要 为探讨丹参治疗银屑病等血管源性疾病的作用机理,我们采用细胞培养法观察了丹参对自行建立的来自小鼠皮肤的血管内皮细胞株 F-2与 F-2C 生物学活性的影响。结果:(1)丹参抑制其游走与增殖,诱导其分化形成管腔样构造;(2)丹参能解除血清对细胞外基质成分合成的抑制,调节整合素表达,提高钙依赖性粘连分子活性。提示:丹参能通过多种机制调控血管生成过程。 In order to study the therapeutic mechanism of Salvia miltiorrhiza (SM) on the angiogenic disease (psoriasis etc.) with the cell culture method,the authors observed the effects of SM on the biological activity of F-2 and F-2C which is the self-construct- ed vascular endothelial cell lines from mouse skin.The results showed that (1) SM could inhibit its migration and proliferation and induced the tube-formation.(2) SM could relieve the serum inhibition on synthesis of the extracellular matrix and hence the synthesis increased,SM promoted the activity of both integrin and cadherin.
