首乌润肠口服液药理实验研究

Pharmacological Experimental Study of Shouwu Runchang (首乌润肠) Oral Liquid

首乌润肠口服液是针对老年人特点而设计的防治老年便秘的复方中药制剂。为了验证该药通便作用及其作用机理,特对该药药理作用进行了实验研究。结果证实,首乌润肠口服液对正常及燥结便秘模型动物有软化大便、促进排便的作用,有促进小鼠小肠及大肠炭末推进百分率及增加大肠、小肠水分含量的作用,有加强家兔在体肠及豚鼠离体肠平滑肌在正常及低温状态下运动强度的作用。表明该药通便作用机理主要是促进肠道蠕动及增加肠道水分吸收,是一种作用较优良的通便药物。

Shouwu Runchang oral liquid is a traditional Chinese medicine recipe designed to prevent and relieve constipation in the old men.To find out its therapeutical mechanism a pharmacologic experiment was done.The study showed that the recipe could pro- mote bowel movement,soften dry feces on animals with constipation,increase the carbon powder movement rate and the water content in intestines on mice,strengthen smooth muscles’ movement of intestines on rabbits or isolated intestines on guinea pigs, under both condition of normal and low body temperature.Promoting intestinal peristalsis and enhancing its function of water re- absorption are the principal mechanisms of the recipe relieving constipation.The results showed that the recipe is an excellent drug for constipation.
