摘要
采用皮下注射大剂量肾上腺素加寒冷刺激的方法复制大鼠急性血瘀证模型,观察了通脉饮对该模型血液流变学的影响。结果表明:通脉饮对急性血瘀证血液流变性有明显改善作用。通脉饮组全血粘度(高切、低切)、红细胞聚集指数(RCAI)、红细胞刚性指数(T_k),红细胞压积(Hct)明显下降,与模型组比较均有显著差异(P<0.01),而与对照组接近(P>0.05),其血浆粘度与模型组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。通脉饮可能系通过降低红细胞聚集性,提高红细胞变形能力等途径而产生降低血粘度的作用。本研究结果提示:通脉饮可能对预防冠心病及高粘度血症有作用。
The model of acute blood stasis in rats was made by injecting a mount of adrenale and giving cold stimulus,and the effect of Tongmaiyin on the hemorheologic indexes of the acute bloot stasis was observed.The result showed that Tongmaiyin could im- prove the hemorheologic indexes of the acute blood stasis.The whole blood viscosity (high or low speed of shearing stress),red blood cell aggregating index,rigid index and hematocrit descended obviously in Tongmaiyin group,compared with model group, the difference was significant (P<0.01),and there was no difference between Tongmaiyin group and the control group (P> 0.05).The plasma viscosity in Tongmaiyin group is similar to that in the control group (P>0.05).Tongmaiyin might descend the blood viscosity by descending red blood cell aggregation,improving red blood cell dcformative ability.It indicated that Tong- maiyin might prevent coronary heart disease and hyperviscosity syndrome.
