摘要
目的:研究复方灯盏花滴丸对大鼠急性脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:采用4-动脉阻断法复制大鼠急性脑缺血再灌注模型,观察不同剂量的复方灯盏花滴丸对脑组织含水量、病理组织学改变及血清中肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氨酶(LDH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果:复方灯盏花滴丸可显著降低脑含水量,减轻脑组织的病理损害;显著降低血清中CK、LDH的活性及MDA含量,并且可明显提高血清中SOD活性。结论:复方灯盏花滴丸对大鼠急性脑缺血再灌注损伤有显著保护作用,其机制可能与抗脂质过氧化作用有关。
Objective: To study the protective effects of compound Dengzhanhua Dripping pills on acute cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. Method: The model of acute cerebral ischemia - reperfusion was induced by four ?vessel occlusion in rats, and observed the effect of Dengzhanhua dripping pills as follows; the activities of CK, LDH and SOD in serum; the content of MDA in serum; pathological condition and water contents of brain tissue. Results: Compound Dengzhanhua dripping pills at the dosages of 0.25g/kg, 0.5g/kg, 1 .0g/kg can markedly reduce the activities of CK, LDH and MDA content in serum. The pills can markedly increase SOD activity in serum. It can also reduce cerebral edema and alleviate ischemia - reperfusion injuries of brain tissue. Conclusion: The above - mentioned results show that compound Dengzhanhua dripping pills have protective effect on acute cerebral ischemia - reperfusion injuries probably through inhibiting free radical and subsequent lipid peroxidation.
