抗寒锻炼对不同小麦品种质膜及其保护酶的影响 被引量:5

The Effect of Cold Hardening on Plasma Membrane and Protective Enzyme in Different Winter Wheat Cultivars

摘要 在冬小麦自然越冬期,系统测定了抗寒与不抗寒冬小麦品种抗寒力、电解质渗漏、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及过氧化物酶(POD)的变化,并对质膜亚显微结构进行了观察.试验结果表明:经抗寒锻炼后,二个品种表现出明显差异.抗寒性强的品种质膜呈波浪状,完整性好,相对电导值稳定,超氧化物歧化酶活性升高,过氧化物酶活性相对稳定. Using two winter wheat cultivars with varying freezing resistance, the changes of cold hardiness,electrolyte leakage, superoxide dismutase activity(SOD) and peroxydase activity(POD) were studied under natural condition. The ultrastructure of plasma membrane was observed, too. The result showed that the difference of two winter wheat cultivars was significant after cold hardening period, Yanan No19 has wavy state plasma membrane, high cold hardiness ability, high SOD activity and stable POD activity.
