实验性种植体周围炎龈沟液炎症细胞因子浓度的检测及其对界面骨吸收影响的研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的 :研究狗的实验性种植体周围炎龈沟液 (GCF)IL -1α、IL -6、TNF -α等几种炎性细胞因子浓度的变化与骨性界面的骨吸收程度关系。方法 :通过建立狗的种植体周围炎的动物模型 ,对龈沟液的IL -1α、IL-6、TNF -α等细胞因子进行检测 ,并对界面骨组织情况进行扫描电镜观察 (SEM)来研究种植体周围炎骨吸收程度与这些炎症因子浓度变化的关系。结果 :4-0线结扎4周时龈沟液细胞因子的浓度明显增高 ,骨性界面的骨组织出现明显吸收 ,而结扎4周后去除结扎线继续观察组与继续结扎组两组之间无显著的差异 ,但与结扎4周时相比有显著变化。结论 :发生种植体周围炎时与天然牙牙周炎相似 ,IL-1α、IL -6、TNF -α等炎症细胞因子参与炎症过程 ,与界面骨破坏有关。 Objective The objective of the study was to examine the levers of inflammatory cytokines(IL-1α?IL-6?TNF-α),then observe and analyse the effect of the cytokines in gingival crevical fluid on absorbition of bone interface in experimental peri-implantitis which were lesioned following ligature removal in dogs.Methods: The promolars of 12 dogs were extracted and implanted immediately .When CDIC implants and Ca10(OH)2(PO4)6 implants with abutments were ligated for 4 weeks,the gingival crevical fluid of the dogs of the first group were sampled ,then they were sacrificed and the tissue of implant-bone interface were studied.The second group were ligated for 4 weeks,and then studied at two months non-ligation. But the third group were continuously ligated for another two months.The samples of GCF were analied with ELISA(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay) and the samples of tissue of implant-bone-interface were observed with scan electron microscope. Results: The concentration of gingival crevical fluid of cytokines and bone absorbion of implant interface in the first group were markedly higher than the second group.(p<0.05).But the second group had little difference from the third group (p>0.05). Conclusions: This study suggests that cytokines are affected on the bone absorpition of implant-bone interface.And the levers of cytokines are parallel with the amount of bone absorbed.
