摘要
目的 :探索一种用羟磷灰石对炭/炭复合材料牙种植体表面进行改性的方法并对这种表面的组织相容性进行研究。方法 :在热固性酚醛树酯中添加10%~25 %的羟磷灰石细粉再与预氧丝或炭纤维混合制成浆体包覆于炭/炭复合材料表面后 ,经1100℃高温处理在炭/炭复合材料的表面形成改性膜。将这种具有改性膜的种植体植入猪体内 ,三个月后处死动物观察组织相容性。结果 :采用预氧丝作为改性膜的增强材料明显优于炭纤维 ,在改性膜制作过程中添加20 %左右的羟磷灰石所得到的改性膜强度令人满意 ,在5例植入改性膜的动物中2例未形成纤维包膜。结论 :炭/炭复合材料牙种植体的这种改性膜具有良好的机械强度 。
Objective:To search the way to modify the surface of C/C composite dental implants and study the biocompatibility of the modified surface. Methods:10%~25% hydroxyapatite powder was added to thermosetting phenolic resin to make thick fluid,which was strengthened by preoxidized PAN fiber or carbon fiber. Then,the fluid was coated on the surface of C/C composite dental implants,a stronger modified composite layer was formed on the surface of C/C composite by means of heat treatment at 1100℃. The dental implants with modified surface were implanted in pigs.The biocompatibility observation was proceeded after 3 months. Results:The strength of the modified layer with the preoxidized PAN fiber as the reinforcer was significantly higher than that of the modified layer with carbon fiber as the reinforcer. The strength of modified layer was satisfying when about 20% hydroxyapatite was added. No obvious fiber membrane was found around the dental implants in 2 of the total 5 pigs. Conclusions:The strength of this kind of modified layer of C/C composite dental implants is satisfying,but the biocompatibility of the modified layer needs the further exaltation.
