摘要
目的 :探讨非潜入式一次性种植牙ITI种植系统的疗效和成功率。方法 :对38例患者的缺牙区植入ITI种植牙79颗并完成义齿修复 ,临床观察6～48个月。结果 :种植成功率为98.7% ,修复成功率为100 % ,修复体稳定率为100 %。结论 :ITI非潜入式一次性种植牙是一套生物相容性和生物力学相容性良好的种植体系 ,认真做好术前准备。
Objective: To investigate cumulative success rate of ITI implants. Methods: 38 patients were treated with crown or bridge supported by 79 ITI implants and were followed 6～48 weeks. Results: the cumulative success rate and prosthesis stability was 98.7% and 100% respectively. Conclusion: ITI implants were provided with good biological compatibility and biomechanical compatibility.
