摘要
目的观察小儿寒喘合剂对哮喘豚鼠血IL-4、IL-5、TXB2、6-keto-PGF1α的影响。方法将80只豚鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、合剂大剂量组、合剂小剂量组和强的松组并造模。实验中观察IL-4、IL-5、TXB2、6-keto-PGF1α水平。结果小儿寒喘合剂高、低剂量及强的松组均可降低哮喘豚鼠血中IL-4、IL-5、TXB2水平,升高6-keto-PGF1α水平,与药物浓度呈正相关,且合剂高剂量组升高6-keto-PGF1α作用强于强的松组。结论小儿寒喘合剂能够降低气道变应性炎症,改善微循环及气道高反应性。
Objective:To observe the influence on Xiao' erhanchuan Mixture(HCM)to IL -4?IL -5?TXB 2 ?6-keto -F 1α of guinea -pig with asthma.Methods :Guinea -pig were divided into controlled group,model group,high doses group of HCM,low doses group of HCM and prednisone gro up.The contents of IL -4?IL -5?TXB 2 ?6-keto -F 1α were obseved during the experiment.Results:The level of IL -4?IL -5?TXB 2 in the high doses group,low doses gro up and prednisone group was lower and the level of 6-keto -F 1α was higher than that in the model grou p.The level of 6-keto -F 1α in the high doses group was prominent compared with that in the prednisone group.Conclusion:The mechanism of Xiao' erhanchuan Mix-ture possibly lays on adjusting immune fu nction,antagoizing inflammatory media.
