经肛门结肠拖出术治疗新生儿及婴儿先天性巨结肠症

A treatment of pulling colon out from anus for neonate and infant with Congenital Megacolon

目的 总结经肛门结肠拖出术治疗新生儿及婴儿先天性巨结肠症的手术方法。方法 采用经肛门拖出病变肠管并予以切断 ,结、直肠一期吻合 ,治疗先天性巨结肠症 10例。结果 全组患者手术获得成功 ,无术中、术后近期并发症。结论 经肛门巨结肠根治术安全有效 ,手术创伤小 ,近期效果良好。

Objective To explore the operative method of pulling colon out from anus for neonate and infant with Congenital Megacolon.Methods 10 cases with Congenital Megacolon were treated by the method of pulling the disease colon out from anus, cutting and sewing up the colon and rectum in stage I.Results All the operations were successful and no recent complication of inoperation and postoperation.Conclusion The operation method of pulling colon out from anus is safe,effective,little ingurious and having good recent effect.It is fit in treating the Congenital Megacolon of the short type and the ordinary type for neonate and infant.
