唐山市区及区级以上医院医生寿命研究

Research on Life-span of Doctors Working in District and Municipal Hospitals of Tangshan

目的 研究医院医生的主要死因及其对寿命的影响程度。方法 采用寿命表法对唐山市 2 0家区及区级以上医院医生 (1985— 1999年 )的寿命及死因进行了分析。结果 中老年医生的健康水平低于当地居民。危害医生健康和寿命的主要死因是恶性肿瘤、心脏病、脑血管疾病、糖尿病、损伤与中毒和呼吸系统疾病。

Objective In order to investigate the main causes of death and its effects on life span of doctors. Methods The indicators of life table were applied to analyze the causes of death and life span of doctors during 1985-1999 in twenty districts and municipal hospitals of Tangshan. Results The general level of middle aged and old aged doctors′ health was less than that of local residents. The main causes of death endangering doctors′ health and life span were malignant tumors, heart diseases, cerebral vascular diseases,diabetes, injuring and poison diseases and respirtory diseases. Conclusion There are professional hazard elements to doctors′ health in the environment of hospital. Doctos′ health and life span will be impaired if doctors work in the environment year in and year out.
