高师新生体育态度、心理健康水平及社会适应能力调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of New College Students' P.E. Attitude, Psychology Health Level and Society Adapt-ability

我国高师生心理健康水平较低 ,而心理健康教育相关课程在教学时间安排上相对滞后 ,从而通过大学体育教育工作来改善新生的心理健康状况更具重要意义。本研究通过《大学生体育态度调查表》、《SCL— 90身心症状自评量表》、《社会适应能力诊断量表》及自编《影响心理健康的生活事件调查表》和《大学生最关切的生活事件调查表》调研高师新生的体育态度及其各构成因素水平、心理健康状况及社会适应能力水平、最关切的生活事件及其对心理健康的影响 ,为通过优化设计学校体育教育工作 。

The level of Chinese college students psychology health is low,but the arrangement of the teaching course relevant to psychology health education is stagnant. So its significant to improve new students;psychology health condition by college P.E. education. This article applies 'College Students P.E. Attitude Investigation Form','SCL-90 Physical and Mental Self evaluate Form','Society Adapt ability diagnosis','Psychology Health Influence of Life Affairs Investigation Form' and 'College Students Deeply Concerned Life Affairs Investigation Form'. It investigates and researches new college students P.E. attitude and the level of its component factors and society adapt ability. It also inquires into psychology health condition,deeply concerned life affairs and their effect upon psychology health. This thesis supplies fundamental materials to improve the design for college P.E. teaching and raise the level of college students psychology health.
