罚球是篮球比赛中决定胜负的重要因素 ,在比赛中影响罚球命中率的主要因素是运动员的心理作用。因此 ,在训练中有针对性地加强心理训练 。
Penalty shot is a key factor for victory in basketball matches,the percentage of which is mainly determined by the psychology of athletes.Therefore,it is an effective channel to raise the percentage of penalty shot to strengthen psychological training.
