摘要
为观察调免Ⅰ号对自身免疫性肝炎的治疗作用。 2 4例自身免疫性肝炎患者随机分为调免Ⅰ号治疗组与激素对照组 ,疗程 3个月。结果 :自身免疫性肝炎患者服用调免Ⅰ号后 ,自觉症状、体征、肝功能、各项免疫指标较治疗前明显改善 ,总有效率达 91 6 6 % ,与激素联合硫唑嘌磷治疗的对照组作用相近。提示具有化瘀补虚、解毒养阴疏肝作用的调免Ⅰ号对自身免疫性肝炎具有良好的治疗作用。
To observe the therapeutic effects of 'Tionmian I Decoction' in the treatment of autoimmune hepatitis,24 subjects were randomized into treatment group treated by 'Tionmian I Decoction' and control group treated by hormone,with a 3 month treatment course.Results:In the treatment group,the symptoms,signs,liver function and immune indexes improved significantly,similar to those in the control group;the total effective rate hit up to 91 66%.It is revealed that 'Tionmian I Decoction' can resolve blood stasis and strengthen the body,relieve toxin,enrich yin and discharge liver and hence heal autoimmune hepatitis.
