通过总结张绚邦教授治疗冠心病的临床证治要诀及其用药特色 ,提出心脏本体证治及与其他脏腑相关病证治法。指出病理基础“以虚为本 ,以实为标” ,中医临床证治要诀为“不离乎心 ,不止于心 ;治本在补 ,治标在通”。

This paper presents professor Zhang Xunbangs experience of clinical diagnosis and medicine administration,which focuses on both the heart itself and other viscera.It is raised that coronary heart disease is of deficiency in root and of excess in branch,and that its treatment lies in nourishing for root and dredging for branch.
