薄层扫描法测定沙日-毛都-8中栀子甙的含量

TLC-Densitometric Determination of Gardenoside in Shari-Maodu-8

目的 :测定沙日 -毛都 - 8中栀子甙的含量。方法 :采用双波长薄层扫描法 ,测定波长为 2 37nm,参比波长为 370 nm,狭缝为 1.2 m m× 1.2 m m,SX=3。结果 :在 1.2 2 9μg～ 5 .147μg范围内呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率为 99.85 %。 RSD=1.5 7%(n=5 )。结论 :本法简便、快速、灵敏 。

Object:To determine the content of gardenodide in Shari-Maodu-8 Sanji.Methods:TLC-densitometric determination was used.Results:The linear relation of analysis was good within 1.229-5.147ug concentration range.The average recovery was 99.85%,RSD was 1.57%(n=5),Conclsion:This method was found to be simple,rapid,sensitive,accurate.
