荧光定量聚合酶链反应和超高倍显微诊断系统镜检检测沙眼衣原体

摘要 目的 :发现新的检测沙眼衣原体的方法。方法 :利用荧光定量聚合酶链反应和超高倍显微诊断系统镜检检测 15例结膜炎患者的沙眼衣原体。结果 :两者皆阳性 5例 ;荧光定量聚合酶链反应阳性 ,超高倍显微诊断系统镜检阴性 1例 ;荧光定量聚合酶链反应阴性 ,超高倍显微诊断系统镜检阳性 2例 ,两者皆阴性 7例。卡方检验两个检测方法的阳性率无显著性差异。结论 :实验证明两个方法均能很好的检测沙眼衣原体。超高倍显微诊断系统镜检较快速直观 ,荧光定量聚合酶链反应能定量 ,并能评估疗效指导治疗。 Objective:To find a new method to detect trachoma chlamydia. Methods:15 cases of conjuctivitis were detected for the trachoma chlamydia by fluoroqenic quantitative PCR and super microscope diagnosis system. Results:Of all 15 patients,5 patients were both positive,7 patients are both negative,the others were only positive in method.The difference between the two methods was not significant. Conclusions:Both fluoroqenic quantitative PCR and super microscope diagnosis system are good methods to detect trachoma chlamydia.
