运动针法治疗急性腰部软组织损伤1000例临床报告

Report on 1000 Cases of Acute Soft Tissue Injury in Lumbar Region with Treatment of Motional Acupuncture

急性腰部软组织损伤,系针灸门诊最为常见疾病之一,多因腰部弯曲时姿势不正或用力不当造成。其表现为腰部突发性疼痛,活动受限。笔者自一九七六年以来,采用远道取穴配合主动运动肢体,治疗以一次性治疗统计,取得了较为满意的效果,现报道如下。

The author treated 1000 cases of acute soft tis-sue injury in lumbar region in light of the principlethat differentiation of the affected meridians andthat of the disease are combined in the treatment.To treat the disease affecting Du meridian,Renzh-ong is prescribed;to treat that affecting Foot,Tai-yang meridian,Yanglao is selected;if both meridi-ans are affected,two points are used together;andwhen Foot Taiyang and Foot Shaoyang meridians areinjured simutaneously,Yaotong is recommended.When the needling is performed,the patient is requ-ired to exercise the lumbar region.With single treat-ment,619 cases were cured, 249 were markedlyeffective,110 were improved,and 22 were unchan-ged.The other 100 cases were treated with conven-tional acupuncture therapy and the patients did notexercise the lower back,so the effect was apparentlyinferior (P<0.05).
