刺入式氦—氖激光针灸治疗视网膜静脉阻塞97例疗效观察

视网膜静脉阻塞属中医暴盲及云雾移睛范围。表现为严重的视力障碍,限底检查视乳头充血,水肿,边缘模糊;视网膜静脉高度迂曲怒张,网膜可见广泛性出血,沿静脉向周边呈放射状或火焰状,有时甚至进入玻璃体内。是一种比较复杂而难治的眼病。1987年5月～1990年10月我们用刺入式氦—氖激光针灸(简称光针)治疗本病,通过97例临床观察总有效率为87.62%,经3年5个月临床实践证明本法疗效高,无副作用,操作简单报告如下。
