应用耳穴诊断占位性病变332例分析

Analysis on Ear-Acupuncture Utilized as the Diagnostic Method for 332 Cases of Occupation Disorders

为了验证及探讨耳穴对诊断肿瘤的价值,我科近三年来应用河南新乡 XZ—20型信息诊断仪和航天医学工程研究所研制的耳穴电脑信息诊断仪,进行了耳穴定性检测,最后与病理诊断进行对照,现将结果报告如下。

The article presents the computerized ear-acu-point information-diagnostic appartus which was em-ployed to make diagnosis by means of the electric-detection on ear-acu-points for 332 pre-operative orpre-gastroscopic in-patients from surgery and gyne-cology departments in the authors' hospital.Moreo-ver,this diagnostic method was compared with thediagnosis made by the pathological measures.Thepathology diagnostic methods diagnosed 174 eases asmalignant tumour and the ear-point diagnosis wasidentical with the pathology in 146 cases,makingup 83.9 per cent.The article also depicts 6 ear-points to confirm the benignancy or malignancy ofthe turnouts and illustrate them with pictures,andmeanwhile elaborates the criterion of diagnosis madeby ear-acu-point.This method is very simple and easy to do,thus certain clinical value in the preliminary massscreening of tumour and determination of the natureof tumours.Nevertheless,the definite mechanism ofthe method needs further research.
