试析张仲景针灸运用特点

Try to Analyze the Characteristics of Using Acupuncture by Zhang Zhongjing

张仲景是我国被尊为'医圣'的医学名家,开创'辨证论治',注重'方证合一',流惠千古。也是一位善用针灸,倡导针灸方药并重的大师。其所著的《伤寒杂病论》,不但是运用药物治疗的经典,而且也散在地记述了在辨证论治原则指导下,运用针灸防病、治病的经验。在他的著作中直接与针灸有关的条文达69条,通过这些条文,拟就对其针灸运用特点作一初步分析。

The article analyzes the characteristics of theapplication of acupuncture by Zhang Zhongjing from4 aspectts:1) the characteristics of using acupunct-ure;2) those of using moxibustion;3) the differe-ntial application of acupuncture and moxibustion;and 4) clinical contraindication of acupuncture andmoxibustion.
