穴位注射黄芪注射液对原发性骨质疏松症骨密度的影响

Influence of Huangqi Injection on Bone Density of Patients with Primary Osteoporosis

目的 :观察穴位注射黄芪注射液治疗原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法 :在服用钙尔奇 -D基础上 ,采用穴位注射方法治疗原发性骨质疏松症34例 ,并与单纯钙尔奇 -D治疗组对照。结果 :针药治疗组能明显提高患者腰椎的骨密度 ,其效果明显优于单纯药物治疗组 ,但对股骨的骨密度提高不明显。结论

Objective: To observe the influence of Huangqi (Radix Astragali) Injection on bone density of patients with primary osteoporosis. Methods: Clinical patients were divided into 2 groups on the basis of the sequence to out-patient clinic. They were treatment group (n=34) and control group (n=30). Caltrate-D was administrated orally by all patients. Huangqi Injection was only given to the treatment group by injection on acupoints. Shenshu with Guanyuan and Guanyuanshu with Qihai were chosen alternatively. The bone density of No.2～4 lumbar vertebrae and femur were tested before and after treatment.Results: The bone density of lumbar vertebrae in both groups was enhanced obviously (P<0.01), and the effect of treatment group was superior to control group (P<0.05). But the bone density of femur showed no marked effect in both groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: The integrated method of acupuncture and medicine can enhance the bone density of lumbar vertebrae. It has a good therapeutic effect on primary osteoporosis, so it is worth using and populazing on clinics.
