Study on Compound Zinc Glutamate Parenteral Nutrition Agent

目的:制备复方谷氨酸锌肠道外营养剂并应用于临床。方法:参照同类制剂,确定最佳组方和制备方法,建立含量测定方法。并观察了107例外科病人的临床疗效。结果:制备工艺简单,含量测定方法简便、准确,疗效可靠。结论:本品可应用于临床。

Objective: To prepare commpound zinc glutamate parenteral nutrition agent and to be used in clinic. Method: The optimized formulation and preparing technique were determined by a reference of analogy preparations, a determining method of content was established. The clinic effect in 107 surgical patients was observed after use of this preparation. Result: The preparation technique was simple, the determination methods were convenient and exact, and the clinic effects were reliable. Conclusion: The prepa-sation can be used to clinical therapy.
