二仙汤加减对急性不完全性脑缺血大鼠脑含水量和SOD活力的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨中药干预剂二仙汤对急性不完全脑缺血大鼠脑含水量及超氧化物岐化酶 (SOD)活力的影响及其形态学证据。方法 中老年Wistar大鼠 ,采用双侧颈总动脉夹闭 2h后去夹再通的方法 ,制作脑缺血模型。实验组鼠在手术前给予干预剂 ,各组鼠于手术后 6h、2 4h、3d及 7d处死取脑 ,用于脑含水量及SOD的检测及电镜观察。结果 实验组脑含水量明显低于对照组 ,SOD活力明显高于后者 ,统计结果显示有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1) ;形态学研究结果显示 ,对照组脑组织损伤严重 ,主要表现为毛细血管渗出或闭锁 ,脑细胞皱缩甚缺失等 ,而实验组损伤明显减轻。 Objective To study the effect and significance of water content and SOD activity in the cerebrum with acute incomplete cerebral ischemia rats by the interference factor.Methods The middle aged Wistar rats were used as models of acute incomplete cerebral ischemia and were reperfused after 2 hours of bilateral common carotid occlusion.The rats in expermental group were given the interference before the models were made.The rats in all groups were put to death in 6h,24h,3d and 7d after reperfusion;the cerebrun were taken out,and the water content and SOD activity was tested.Results The result of statistic analysis and show significat between groups(P<0 05,P<0 01).The rats brain tissue was seriously damaged in control group,such as capillary leakaged or closed up,the brain cells folded even lost,but the damage was obviously alleviated in experimental group.Conclusion The results indicated that the Traditional Chinese Medicine has the capacity to improve brain circulation and damage resistance of brain cells.So,the result suggested that the interference factor,modified erxiantang could reduce the damage of cerebral ischemia by reperfusion.
