摘要
目的 研究桡神经在臂部的走行关系 ,为X线下肱骨骨折手术入路提供解剖学基础。方法 解剖 30具 6 0侧成年人上肢防腐标本 ,观察、测量桡神经与肱骨的有关距离。结果 各主要结构的平均距离及其所占肱骨最大长的百分比分别为 :肱骨最近端到肱骨肌管入口处 (118 4 9± 6 6 1)mm和 38 6 4 % ;肱骨最近端到外侧肌间隔 (177 75± 11 86 )mm和 5 7 5 9% ;肱骨最大长 (30 6 6 5± 17 4 8)mm。结论 桡神经在肱骨中 1/ 5段为危险区域 ,从术前和术中的影像 ,能测量和计算出神经的大概位置 。
Objective To study the courses of radial nerve in arm and to provid anatomical basis for repairing the operative approaches of humeral fracture in X ray. Methods The relative courses of radial nerve and humerus were observed and measured on 60 sides of 30 adult cadaveric upper limbs. Results The average distance of main structures and the percentage of relative distance and the biggest lenth of humerus:from the proximalest humerus to the entrance of humeromuscular tunnel was (118 49±6 61)mm and 38 94%. from the proximalest humerus to the lateral intermuscular septum was (177 75±11 86)mm and 57 95%. the biggest lenth of humerus was (306 65±17 48)mm. Conclusion The dangerous zone to radial nerve locates in middle 1/5 of humerus. Using measurements calculated from preoperative and intraoperative imaging,the approximate position of the nerve could be determined to better plan fixation method and implant location.
