我国少年男子柔道技术现状调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Present Situation of Youth Male Judo Athletes in China

通过全国少年柔道锦标赛的技术统计 ,对我国少年男子柔道技术现状进行了分析。结果显示 ,当前少年男子柔道以投技得分为主 ,投寝技发展不平衡 ;对于不同方向的技术和技术组合缺少科学的设计 ;体能的总体水平不高 ;

Based on the technical statistic and analysis of the National Youth Judo Championship, this study is to find out the status quo of the young male judo arts in China. The results show that the present youth′s judo skills are mostly composed of Fling arts and the development of Fling and Sleeping arts is off balance. Arts of different directions and the corporation of them are lack of scientific instructions. According to the reality, the general levels of body capacity is not satisfactory and the ability to use rule should be improved.
