摘要
对 638例大学生运用不同耐力素质评价方法进行实验分析 ,结果表明 :男大学生 1 2min耐力跑 ,女大学生 9min耐力跑的测试方法 ,在健身的价值、适宜的负荷强度、增强大学生锻炼的积极性、提高耐力等方面 ,均优于现行国家体育锻炼耐力素质的评价方法。因此 ,适当降低运动强度 ,采用相对较长时间的测试方法 ,以及使教学手段多样化 ,是改善大学生耐力素质的有效途径。同时依据实验结果制定出男大学生 1 2min跑、女大学生 9min跑的等级评价标准 ,并比较我国大学生与国外同年龄组耐力素质差异 ,为体育教学方法的创新。
university students participated different experimental groups. The results showed that the 12 min run of male students and 9 min run of female students are better assessment methods than the present methods of endurance fitness in the National Criteria of Physical Exercise. The former had a good value in body’s building, a proper physical loading and could motivate university students to exercise. The authors thought that the effective means to improve the endurance of university students were to reduce the sport intensity, adopt the long time method, and make different teaching methods. In the meantime the criteria were developed. In the final comparing the difference between Chinese university students and foreign countries students in endurance fitness.
