摘要
体育锻炼能增强体质、增进健康已为人们所共识 ,但采用多大的运动量和活动方式 ,保持和发展成人健康却是值得研究的问题。在分析健康相关要素 :体力、体质、体育锻炼相互关系的基础上 ,对保持和发展成人健康的运动量及活动方式作以探讨和分析。
It has become common understanding that physical exercise can strengthen physique and improve health. However,how much amount of exercise and model of exercise we should do,improving adult health,and keeping healthy are the issues worth studying. By analyzing the relations between health and physical power,physique,and physical exercise, the article discusses and analyzes amount and model of exercise,which can improve adult health and keep healthy.
