摘要
经过多年的武术带队训练和跟踪调查 ,发现武术训练当中引起的运动损伤大部分为大腿后部肌群绳肌的拉伤 。
Through Wushu training of leading a group of people and follow investigation closely for many years.I found,in many injured part of body caused by exercises,most of which was injury of popliteal muscle at the back of thigh by tensile strength.How to prevent and deal with the injury of popliteal muscle is the key of improving the level of Wushu.
