摘要
前人对改进、提高短跑速度从步频、步幅、后蹬、摆动上都做了详细的研究。但忽略了一个问题 ,手臂摆动时到底是半握拳式好还是自然伸直好 ?一般教科书认为 ,摆臂动作应是半握拳式。文章通过对短跑技术进行力学分析后认为 ,在短跑运动中 ,手指在摆臂过程中应保持自然伸直为宜 ,自然伸直手指摆臂姿势优于半握拳姿势。
We study imporovement and brush up dash speed from the step frequency. Step breadth swing all did the detailed researched. But neglect a problem.
