对培养大学生体育意识的研究

A Comment on the Consciousness of Physical Education and Its Development in College Students

体育意识决定了一个人如何对待体育和如何参与体育。在调查研究的基础上对大学生体育意识的现状和影响体育意识形成的因素进行了分析;并认为大学生体育意识的培养应从多方面、全方位施以体育教育和影响,以促其体育意识不断得到强化和巩固,从而为终身体育打下坚实的思想基础。

The consciousness of physical education decided a person how to view and how to participate physical sports.In this article,the structure and factors of this kind of consciousness wene analyzed in addition to its present situation in college students.It pointed out that syn- thetical and omnidirectional methods should be applied in its development to make lifelong physical education grounded.
