CT血管造影在脑动脉瘤破裂急性期的应用
摘要
CT血管造影(CTA)是诊断脑动脉瘤的重要方法之一,与数字减影血管造影(DSA)相比,具有简易、可靠、快速及创伤小的特点,有比较高的敏感性和特异性,可行三维立体成像,且对动脉瘤形态的描述优于DSA;在动脉瘤破裂急性期在一定程度上可独立诊断并指导外科治疗。
