脑缺血再灌注损伤后COX-2的表达

摘要 环氧合酶(COX)是催化花生四烯酸(AA)生成前列腺素和血栓素的限速酶,有COX-1和COX-2 2种同工酶。近年来的研究表明,脑缺血再灌注后COX-2的表达在神经元、脑血管内皮细胞和脑组织其他细胞中均增强。动物实验证实,COX-2抑制剂可有效保护脑组织,提示COX-2与脑缺血再灌注损伤关系密切,有望为临床治疗脑缺血性损伤提供新的治疗途径。
