加强体育高等院校人力资源管理,构建体育科技创新人才的研究

Research on Strengthening Manpower Resource Management in Physical Education Institutions of Higher Learning and Construction of Qualified Personnel for Sports Science and Technology Innovation

北京体育大学建设”三结合”基地和创建世界一流大学 ,其实质是高水平科技人才的引进与培养。因此 ,如何有效地吸引和培养体育科技创新人才 ,是决定我们在这场人才大战中成败的关键。在分析总结学校现行人事管理的基础上 ,引入人力资源管理的理念 ,提出了今后学校人才引进与培养的七点建议。

To build the 'three way integration' base-the integrative base of teaching, scientific research and training and to establish an university of the first grade in the world is essentially to transfer in and train high level qualified personnel of science and technology. Therefore, how to effectively attract and train qualified personnel for sports science and technology innovation is the key to the determination of the success or failure in the great war of scrambling talents. On the basis of analyzing and summing up the experiences of the current personnel administration in Beijing University of Physical Education, the concept of manpower resource management was introduced and 7 suggestions were put forward for the transferring in and training of talents for Beijing University of Physical Education in future.
