中国高等体育院校教育发展的战略研究——中国高等体育院校教育与人才市场的理论探索和实证分析

Research on Strategy of Education Development in Colleges and Universities of Physical Education in China

为了探讨我国体育院校毕业生就业的状况 ,以及在人才市场条件下高等体育院校教育如何发展等问题 ,采用了问卷调查法、访问法和文献法。研究表明 ,体育院校各专业毕业生就业有一定的压力 ,甚至存在就业危机 ;体育专业大学生的能力发展与人才市场的需求有一定的差异。建议在人才市场条件下 ,高等体育院校在发展战略、培养目标、课程等方面进行变革 ,要加强对毕业生的就业指导。

The purpose of this study is to probe into the status of obtaining employment in the graduates of colleges and universities of physical education and the education development of those colleges and universities under the condition of talents market. The study was carried out by questionnaires, investigating, visiting and consulting literature. The results showed that there was certain stress and even crisis for the graduates of different specialties of PE colleges and universities to obtain employment. There existed certain differences between the development of the abilities of students of physical education specialty and the demand of the talents market. It was suggested that reforms should be made in the aspects of the strategy of development, the aims of the cultivation and the curriculum of the PE colleges and universities. And the guidance on obtaining employment should be strengthened in the graduates as well.
