摘要
强调中医的“气”在当今认识着重在于基因功能组合 ,气的生理功能作用有推动、防御、温煦、气化、固摄和营养等六个方面的主要作用 ,依次结合相近的基因功能 ,举例对说明“气”的分子生物学功能 :推动作用与集落刺激因子、防御作用与免疫球蛋白基因家族、温煦作用与冷休克基因座、气化作用与生长因子、固摄作用与疑血因子、营养作用与神经营养因子。
To explore the 'qi' of TCM according to functional combination of genes.The physiological function of qi that including promotion,defense,warming,inducing satringency and nutrition were analyzed with gene function.Molecular biology function of'qi'was studied in cases.(1)Promoting function and colony stimulating factor.(2)Defense function and immunoglobulin clan.(3)Warming function and cold shock gene cluster.(4)Functional activity of qi and growth factor.(5)Inducing satringency function and coagulation factors.(6)Trophism function and neurotrophic factor.
