乳腺癌改良根治术后应用带蒂背阔肌皮瓣移植一期乳房再造

目的 :介绍应用带蒂背阔肌皮瓣移植进行乳腺癌改良根治术后一期乳房再造的方法与疗效。方法 :自 2 0 0 0年 ,用带蒂背阔肌皮瓣移植方法对中青年妇女乳腺癌改良根治术后行一期乳房再造 2 0例。结果 :全部病例的肌皮瓣及其中 4例同时保留乳头病例的乳头均存活 ,无积液、感染、坏死等并发症 ,再造乳房外形美观。结论

To r eview the experience in immedi ate breast reconstruction with pediculated latiss imus dorsi flap follo-w ing modified radical mastectomy. Methods: Since 2000, Twenty f emale patients (women, 32-48 years old) were tre ated by immediate breast constr uction with pediculated latissimus dorsi flap fo llowing modified radical mastect omy. Results: The flaps in all the cases survived, including 4 cases with simultaneous nipples preservation. No infection, necrosis and fluid a ccumulation occurred. Conclusions: The procedure introduced is almost ideal reconstructing the breast after modified radical mastectomy.
